A string of 10 double-sided cotton flags each with a Union Jack motif on one side and a red, white or blue backing, arranged alternately.
Each flag measures 22cm long and 17cm across its widest point. The soan of the flags is 1.78m. 
The flags are attached to a red tape with hanging loops at each end.
